This program is dedicated to reducing the harm caused by misgendering gender non-conforming youth in Washington County. The focus will be providing basic information around gender non-binary inclusive language with youth and will be enhanced by personal narratives of Washington County Queers. The session will then open up for a Question & Answer from the audience to the presenters.
The program is designed to support who like to improve their Allyship to LGBT2Q+ community members. Educators, Healthcare Workers & Social Service Providers are all encouraged to attend to create open & affirming environments at their workplaces. The session is also open to family & friends of queer youth who would like to better support their loved one.
