
Cheyenne Robinson-Bauman (they/them) is the Lead Facilitator with the Downeast Rainbow Alliance. They are passionate about representation, visibility, and intersectional diversity. Cheyenne identifies as a nerd, Trekkie, and avid bookworm. They live in Washington County with their spouse, cat, dog, many fish, and a plethora of houseplants.

Philip (they/she/he) is a co-facilitator with Downeast Rainbow Alliance. They are a queer and genderqueer artist and educator with over 15 years of teaching and leadership experience working with children and youth of all ages. Their work in education aims to uplift LGBTQ+ voices and stories as powerful and present in our communities. Outside of work, Philip loves hiking, swimming, art, movies, baking, and poetry.
Beana Hopkins (they/them) is an Advising Facilitator for The Downeast Rainbow Alliance. Their passion for queer advocacy was sparked in 2013 by the campaign for marriage equality in Maine. Beana is also an artist, parent, earthling and nature lover who enjoys cold swims, watercolors, espresso beverages and deep belly laughs.


Darla Linville (she/her) is an Advising Facilitator for the Downeast Rainbow Alliance. She is deeply committed to queer youth advocacy through her scholarship which focuses on queer and trans youth thriving in schools and community. She also makes pies, reads young adult fiction, takes photos, adores her niece, and walks in the woods a lot.
Avery Witham (he/him) is the Discord Facilitator with the Downeast Rainbow Alliance. He moderates our youth Discord server, and facilitates virtual events. He has worked as a youth advocate for the unhoused and LGBTQ+ since the age of 15, and continues his work with DRA in college. Outside of work, Avery’s passion is in the arts and tattooing. He attends college for business management in hopes of becoming a tattoo artist.
